Besides reaffirming my belief that I'm a great liar and should do it more, my test also gave me some insight on how psychics work. They're talented when it comes to finding ways squeeze emotions out of you and make general statements that allow you to fill in the blanks yourself—you're contributing to your own deception (example: They say they sense a female presence watching over you, at which point you say, "Oh shit, my aunt/grandma/mom/friend/cousin/sister/teacher died a little while ago—it MUST be her!"). I think so many people turn to psychics because they help ease the fear of the great unknown that is death and give meaning and purpose to seemingly unfair and random events in our chaotic universe. To me, that's a form of preying on the weak and exploiting people at their most emotionally vulnerable, but if you believe in the afterlife and psychic powers, I can understand how the experience would be comforting - after all, who doesn't want to know that a loved family member, living or dead, is doing okay?
The Founder, The late VRR Dr. Lewis Bostwick (1918-1995) founded the Church of Divine Man and its seminary workshop the Berkeley Psychic Institute. He was a natural aura reader who saw a rainbow of colors surrounding people and who had a gift of healing. He has taught hundreds of thousands of people how to use their natural clairvoyant abilities to say hello to another spirit and read and heal auras and chakras. Many of his students have moved on to create their own Institute Students have also use the tools taught to incorporate with their own holistic  practice. Clairvoyant readers from all over the world (even a few famous ones) have graduated from the program. All of the Deja Vu Readers are graduates, teachers and former directors.
The questions floated around in my head for awhile, but it wasn't until last Sunday that I decided to act on them. Inspired by Houdini, I made up a basic pass/fail test that I could apply a few times to see if someone was actually in tune with all the truths in the universe: If I made up a dead sister and asked a bunch of psychics to connect with her, how many wouldn't be able to tell I was full of shit?
We instinctively know that there is more to our lives and our world beyond that which meets our eyes. This is precisely what development of our sixth sense can lead to! The word clairvoyant comes from the French language – 'clair' meaning 'clear' and 'voyance' meaning 'vision' and essentially means 'clear vision'. This term is used to describe a specific type of psychic experience.
Many private clairvoyants also offer free samples, but you do need to take care. Psychics and clairvoyants are not regulated by any professional body, so there are frauds and fakes. Some free readings are truly free samples, but others may be “bait and switch” tactics. One of the most common tactics is to tell you that there is a “hex” or a “curse” on you that the psychic can remove if you pay them. In most cases, if a psychic or clairvoyant says you have a curse, particularly during a “free” reading, they are fraudulent, and you should stop the reading.

Psychic Three's studio was nestled in a suburban strip mall and plastered with the classic psychic decor that makes graphic designers consider seppuku—deep purple signs with all-caps yellow text and neon crystal balls. I scampered up a bright red stairwell and into a purple room (same purple as the signs) where a smiling woman wearing a tank top and sweat pants was sitting at a small table. I sat down opposite her and took in the weird mix of art—a small tapestry of what I'm quite sure was Jesus and his disciples on the table, but also a fair share of Buddha statues, too.

5. Terminate any session that doesn’t feel right. No reputable psychic will ever predict your death, foretell a tragedy, give you winning lottery numbers or inform you that you have a curse put upon you and your family and that to remove it, you need to return repeatedly. A reputable psychic will also not keep increasing their fee with each visit, or expect that you buy ancillary merchandise from them on a regular basis. Run, don’t walk, from anyone who conducts business with you in a manner that does not feel authentic. On rare occasions, I may be challenged in connecting with a client. In the past ten years, this has happened about four or five times. In those situations, I will stop and ask the client how they’d like to handle it, an option of which may be to end the session at no charge to the client. An inauthentic psychic will bluff their way through for being focused on making a buck.

Our school ecosystem includes a community of seekers, psychics, and Clairvoyants at varying levels of training and practice who are all exploring while you are developing this sensitive part of yourself in a safe, structured, and guided environment. There are lots of opportunities to connect with others and find community in validating and fun ways.
Our twice a weekly class format includes lectures and talks from experienced psychic teachers on the specific mechanics and tools you need to give quality readings, but also lots of time to try what you are learning with other students in real time. You are practicing readings from your first month - so you are applying your tools in real-time and learning by direct experience rather than just observing and being told how to do it, or having to create your own opportunities to practice.

A clairvoyant is someone who receives extrasensory information visually. The word clairvoyant means “clear seeing.” This type of advisor may see information about the past, present, or future. Sometimes, a clairvoyant’s visions will be literal. For example, they will “see” actual events or people, such as a wedding or a trip. Other times, the visions will be symbolic, and they will see things that represent the event, such as a wedding ring or an image that calls to mind another country or culture.

In many ways, having a psychic reading by telephone is less risky than having a psychic reading face to face.  Any psychic who works using the telephone is regulated by an industry watchdog who insists on strict standards being upheld.  Add to that knowing that you can have your money back if you aren’t happy within five minutes and you can see why it’s less of a risk to pick up the phone.  And you can do it all from the comfort of your own sofa!
Psychic Source: billyb - Thanks for your comment. Our free infographic is not a substitute for a real psychic reading. While fun and entertaining (and occasionally dead-on), a technology product cannot replace the exchange of energy that occurs when one of our truly gifted psychics reads the cards for you in a live reading, any more than a generic horoscope can substitute for an astrology reading. For insight and guidance, nothing can replace the impact and value of a live psychic reading over the phone, via chat or by video.
My name is Maria Oates, and I’ve had a countless number of psychic readings over the years.  I’ve tried everything from phone readings, astrology readings, tarot cards, palm readings, and everything in between.  The biggest thing I can tell you is that not all companies are created equal, and some are flat-out awful!  The talent and ability between psychic readers can vary dramatically.
A major advantage of live phone readings versus in-person appointments is that there is no chance that the reader can cheat. During a face-to-face session, a reader can gather many clues and insights about a person based on demeanour, clothing, jewellery, hair, make-up, and overall attitude and appearance. The psychic might draw conclusions about someone based on those clues and form the reading around those things.

“I came to The Clairvoyant Training wanting to tap into a greater level of awareness in all aspects of my life. I have learned how to see energy with clarity and discernment, but, in plainer terms: reading energy allows me to experience life in all the Technicolor details and have the volume turned up to 11. The teachers are all wonderfully enthusiastic about the value of being psychic, yet they’re incredibly sensitive to the delicate process of opening one’s awareness. Each class is a rich experience and thoughtfully paced; the practice readings are absolutely invaluable. It’s pure magic.”

Psychic Four was very motherly, constantly calling me "darling" and telling me how sorry she was for my loss. Her method of Emily-contact was a mix of prayer and coffee-dregs reading. She made me a small cup of Turkish coffee and when I finished the liquid, she placed the saucer on top of the cup, had me hold it with both hands while moving my arms in a circle three times and then flip the cup and saucer over and put it on the table. She put a blue glass cube with white circles on all six sides on top of the overturned cup and had me to put my finger on the cube and make a wish. I did, and she asked me for the photo. I handed her my phone. She put a small statue of a Turkish philosopher and an angel snow globe in front of me and told me to hold on to both and praying while she turned on her laptop and started playing weird reverb-heavy New Age music featuring a man and woman speaking about being intoxicated on love (not Beyonce style, unfortunately). She was going to ask Emily to make herself known to me.
A Psychic Medium is very similar, although they can to do this through a unique and remarkable skill set. Tapping into another realm or dimension makes it possible to channel in and view events, people or scenarios from another dimension with the aid of their “third eye”. This makes it possible for the psychic to witness events in the past, to help give advice and assist with the present, allowing the people of Great Britain and the United Kingdom help to prepare for their future. Our telephone psychics at Psych-Hub UK are an ideal solution for life coaching, self-help or third-party problem-solving. Please read below for our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Remote viewing was initially developed by scientists and parapsychologists to carry out research in Clairvoyance. It is a method of Clairvoyance, astral projection or precognition, meaning it uses the skill of being about to view somewhere or something using the mind’s eye. Only those who have Clairvoyant or Psychic skills are able to remote view and it is a talent that more often than not, takes a lot of time to develop. Parapsychologists and scientists believe that remote viewing is a projection of consciousness, enabling a person to see something which is remote to them in location.
